The invention discloses a construction method of an aluminum alloy formwork system for residential buildings. According to the construction method, the difficulty of assembly and disassembly construction and turnover use of aluminum alloy formworks can be reduced, and the construction quality and the construction efficiency of an assembly type structural system are improved. The construction method comprises the following steps: rechecking an axis and a wall line projected by a wall body according to a building design scheme, so that the axis and the wall line meet construction requirements; determining a wall body vertical reference line, and positioning a wall corner; a wall formwork system is installed, and perpendicularity is corrected; a beam formwork system is installed and corrected; a floor formwork system is installed and corrected; wall body concrete, beam body concrete, column concrete and floor slab concrete are poured, so that the wall body, the beam body, the column and the floor slab are connected into an integral structure; and the wall formwork system, the beam formwork system and the floor formwork system are dismantled, and the dismantled wall formwork system, the dismantled beam formwork system and the dismantled floor formwork system are conveyed to an upper-layer building for construction through a feeding opening.
