The invention discloses a 3D printing spray head for printing an emergency horizontal barrier of a polluted site, a reinforcing line assembly and a reinforcing net assembly are mounted on a spray head shell, and a reinforcing net and a reinforcing line can be synchronously arranged on the top and the side face of a printing belt in the horizontal barrier strip printing process to form a composite barrier. The forming quality of the barrier is improved, pollutant transport is effectively controlled or pollutant exposure ways are blocked, and efficient emergency disposal of sudden soil environment pollution events is achieved. The 3D printing nozzle comprises a nozzle shell, a discharging forming opening located in the bottom end of the nozzle shell, a reinforcing line assembly and a reinforcing net assembly, wherein the reinforcing line assembly and the reinforcing net assembly are located on the outer side of the nozzle shell. The reinforcing line assembly is connected with one side face of the nozzle shell, and the reinforcing net assembly is connected with the front face of the nozzle shell. During working, a printing belt forming a horizontal barrier flows out of the discharging forming opening.
