The two ends of the lower arc-shaped steel beam piece are connected and positioned with the side edges of the steel structure building body in a spot welding mode through spot welding plates, and meanwhile the lower arc-shaped steel beam piece forms a stress whole to install the upper supporting rods to support the upper arc-shaped steel beam piece through pulling stress of the pull rods and supporting of the bottom supporting rods. After the arc-shaped steel beam piece on the upper portion is welded and fixed to the steel structure building body through the welding layer, the arc-shaped steel beam piece on the lower portion can be welded to the steel structure building body, the problem that the arc-shaped steel beam piece on the lower portion can be installed and constructed only after a scaffold is erected on the ground to support the arc-shaped steel beam piece on the upper portion is solved, and construction efficiency is improved.
