The invention discloses a civil air defense steel structure double-leaf electric protective air-tight door which comprises a door frame. The two door plates are rotationally connected to the rear side of the door frame; a door framework is arranged in the door plate; the two transmission assemblies are arranged, and each transmission assembly is installed on the inner side face of the corresponding door plate; the two opening and closing assemblies are arranged, and each opening and closing assembly is installed on the top of the corresponding door plate; the locking assembly is arranged in the door framework; a worm speed reducer is further installed in the door framework and provided with double output ends and double input ends, and the double output ends of the worm speed reducer are connected with the locking assembly through couplings. By means of the design, an automatic door closing system adopted for manual door closing is replaced, the manual door closing function is reserved, an existing civil air defense door is improved and upgraded into an electric control mode to replace a manual door closing mode, the door opening and closing efficiency is controllable, adjustable and stable, and a response can be made quickly when wars come.
