The ceramic bonding agent prepared through a solution heat preservation method is fine in powder granularity and low in sintering temperature and contains a certain amount of crystals, the bonding agent has high impact resistance and self-sharpening performance due to existence of the crystals, and the prepared superhard ceramic grinding tool has the performance of high strength and good sharpness. The method has the advantages of short binding agent preparation period, low equipment investment cost, simplicity in operation and the like. The preparation method of the ceramic bond provided by the invention is not reported.
