The high-impermeability concrete suitable for the fabricated pavement is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 360-550 parts of a cementing material, 300-360 parts of fine aggregate, 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-3 parts of a waterproof agent, 2-5 parts of polyethylene fibers, 120-160 parts of water and an impermeability component, wherein the cementing material is prepared from 110 to 180 parts of limestone calcined clay cement, 30 to 70 parts of silica fume and 220 to 300 parts of fly ash. The invention aims to prepare the concrete with high impermeability through the combined action of the LC3 cement, the PE fiber, the waterproof agent, the silane modified polymer, the acrylic copolymer and the polyvinyl formal, the concrete is suitable for the fabricated pavement, and the porosity is reduced and the impermeability of a cement base is improved by preparing the LC3 cement; the PE fibers are adopted, so that high-strength and high-toughness performance is provided; the water reducing agent and the waterproof agent are added, so that the compactness of the concrete material is improved, and the impermeability is improved.
本发明属于混凝土材料技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于装配式路面的高抗渗性混凝土及其制备方法。本发明适用于装配式路面的高抗渗性混凝土,由以下重量份原料制得:胶凝材料360‑550份,细骨料300‑360份,减水剂1‑3份,防水剂1‑3份,聚乙烯纤维2‑5份,水120‑160份,抗渗组份;其中胶凝材料包括石灰石煅烧粘土水泥110‑180份,硅灰30‑70份,粉煤灰220‑300份。本发明的目的是通过采用LC3水泥、PE纤维、防水剂、硅烷改性聚合物、丙烯酸共聚物、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛共同作用制备一种高抗渗性能的混凝土,适用于装配式路面,通过制备LC3水泥,减小孔隙率,提高水泥基的抗渗性;采用PE纤维,提供高强高韧性能;加入减水剂、防水剂,提高混凝土材料的密实度,提高抗渗性能。
