Hydrophobic ultralow-density ceramsite sand proppant and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramsite sand, in particular to a hydrophobic ultralow-density ceramsite sand proppant and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method of the hydrophobic ultralow-density ceramsite sand proppant comprises the following steps that powder composed of red mud, ardealite, coal cinder, titanium gypsum and fly ash is ground, and mixed powder is obtained; aluminum oxide magnetic beads and silicon dioxide magnetic beads are added into the mixed powder to be ground, and magnetic bead mixed powder is obtained; adding slurry consisting of polyamide, N-(aminoethyl)-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, carboxymethyl cellulose and acetyl triethyl citrate into the magnetic bead mixed powder, and grinding, so as to obtain magnetic bead mixed slurry; drying, crushing, screening and granulating the magnetic bead mixed slurry to obtain a ceramsite sand semi-finished product; and firing, cooling and screening the ceramsite sand semi-finished product to obtain the hydrophobic ultralow-density ceramsite sand proppant. The hydrophobic ultralow-density ceramsite sand proppant obtained by the invention is lower in density and lower in water absorption rate.
