The invention discloses a ceramic fiber and aerogel composite thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of composite thermal insulation materials, the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparation of a primary aerogel solution, primary treatment, preparation of a secondary aerogel solution, secondary treatment, preparation of a modified silicon carbide whisker suspension, and compounding; the step of preparing the primary aerogel solution comprises the following steps: preparing coated graphite, and mixing; the compounding comprises the following steps: completely dipping the silicon carbide fiber felt subjected to secondary treatment in a modified silicon carbide whisker suspension in an argon atmosphere, and standing at 55-60 DEG C; adding into a high-pressure reaction kettle, and carrying out supercritical drying by using carbon dioxide; and finally, adding into a tubular furnace for high-temperature treatment to obtain the composite thermal insulation material. The composite thermal insulation material prepared by the invention is good in thermal insulation property, hydrophobicity, toughness and durability, uniform in performance, and good in thermal shock resistance and high temperature resistance.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷纤维与气凝胶的复合隔热材料及其制备方法,属于复合隔热材料技术领域,所述制备方法由以下步骤组成:制备一次气凝胶溶液,一次处理,制备二次气凝胶溶液,二次处理,制备改性碳化硅晶须悬浮液,复合;所述制备一次气凝胶溶液,由以下步骤组成:制备包覆石墨,混合;所述复合,在氩气气氛中,将二次处理后的碳化硅纤维毡完全浸渍于改性碳化硅晶须悬浮液,在55‑60℃下静置;再加入高压反应釜中,使用二氧化碳进行超临界干燥;最后加入管式炉中进行高温处理,得到复合隔热材料;本发明制备的复合隔热材料不仅隔热性、疏水性、韧性和耐久性好,性能均匀,而且抗热震性和耐高温性好。
