Abstract

The invention discloses a fire-resistant anti-oxidation coating for a carbon-based composite material, a preparation method of the fire-resistant anti-oxidation coating and a preparation method of a fire-resistant anti-oxidation coating on the carbon-based composite material, and relates to the technical field of anti-oxidation coatings. The prepared coating is uniform and compact, good in binding force with a matrix and excellent in thermal shock resistance. After 100 times of brake tests with different energies, all the carbon brake discs are complete in structure, the anti-oxidation coating on the non-friction surface does not fall off, and the friction ring does not have an oxidation sign. The coating is good in wettability with a base material and excellent in thermal shock resistance.

本发明公开了一种用于碳基复合材料的耐火抗氧化涂料及其制备方法与碳基复合材料上耐火抗氧化涂层的制备方法，涉及抗氧化涂层技术领域。本发明制备的涂层均匀致密、与基体结合力较好、抗热震性能优异。经过100次不同能量刹车试验后，所有碳刹车盘结构完整，非摩擦表面防氧化涂层未出现脱落现象，摩擦环未出现氧化迹象。该涂层与基体材料浸润性较好，抗热震性能优异。
