The invention relates to tamping equipment used in road construction, and provides a tamping device for road construction, a supporting shaft is provided with a fixed output wheel and an adjusting output wheel, one side of the fixed output wheel is provided with a third belt wheel integrated with the fixed output wheel, and one side of the adjusting output wheel is provided with an adjusting driving wheel split from the adjusting output wheel. The adjusting driving wheel is movably connected with the adjusting output wheel through a plurality of adjusting rods; one end of the transmission shaft is sleeved with an adjusting supporting plate and an induction belt wheel, when the sinking amplitude of the tamping plate is increased due to the fact that the tamping plate moves from a hard soil area to a soft soil area, the corresponding tamping frame pushes the induction belt wheel to rotate, then the adjusting belt wheel is driven to rotate, and an axial adjusting cylinder and an adjusting driving wheel are driven to move; and the rotation of the two weight bearing blocks is staggered, so that the advancing speed of the tamping plate is reduced, namely, the advancing speed of the soft soil area is reduced, and the tamping effect of the soft soil is improved.
本发明涉及道路施工中使用的夯实设备,提供了一种道路施工用夯实装置,在支撑轴上设置有固定输出轮和调节输出轮,固定输出轮的一侧具有与其为一体结构的第三皮带轮,调节输出轮的一侧具有与其为分体结构的调节驱动轮,调节驱动轮通过多个调节杆与调节输出轮活动连接;传动轴的一端套设有调节支撑板和感应皮带轮,当夯实板由较坚硬土壤区域行进到较松软土壤区域而导致其下沉幅度增大时,对应夯架推动感应皮带轮转动,进而带动调节皮带轮转动,又驱动轴向调节圆筒和调节驱动轮移动,使得两个负重块的转动发生错位,从而导致夯实板的前进速度下降,即对松软土壤区域降低了前进速度,提升了松软土壤的夯实效果。
