A piston rod penetrates through the cylinder body, the piston is arranged on the piston rod in a sleeved mode and located in the first cavity, and the two ends of the piston rod are connected with the clamping arms respectively. The viscous damping medium is filled in the first cavity; elastic assemblies are arranged in the second cavity and the third cavity, pressing rings are arranged at the open ends of the second cavity and the third cavity, one sides of the pressing rings abut against the elastic assemblies, and the other sides of the pressing rings are connected with the clamping arms. The damping support achieves the dual control function of speed and displacement through the elastic locking assembly.
