The invention belongs to the technical field of curved surface suspended ceilings, and particularly relates to a BIM-based assembly type curved surface gypsum board suspended ceiling assembly and an installation method thereof.The assembly comprises a plurality of suspenders, a keel system and a curved surface gypsum board which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the curved surface gypsum board comprises a plurality of GRG modules, and the multiple GRG modules in each group are connected end to end and arranged along an arc line, one sides of the at least two groups of GRG modules are integrally provided with upper flanges, and the other sides of the at least three groups of GRG modules are integrally provided with lower flanges; a first side plate is arranged on one side, close to the GRG module, of each upper flange, and a second side plate is arranged on one side, away from the GRG module, of each lower flange; the method comprises the step 1 to the step 5, each module is separated, mutual collision between the modules is avoided, and the modules are arranged in an imbricated mode. According to the method, the disassembly structure of the curved surface gypsum board is uniformly segmented by utilizing the BIM technology, all GRG modules are rapidly located and tightly connected, multiple construction sections are synchronously processed, and the operation period of assembly construction is shortened.
本发明属于曲面吊顶技术领域,具体涉及基于BIM的装配式曲面石膏板吊顶组件及其安装方法,该组件包括从上到下依次设置的多个吊杆、龙骨系统和曲面石膏板,曲面石膏板包括多组GRG模块,每组多个GRG模块首尾相连沿弧线设置,其中,至少两组GRG模块一边一体化安装有上翻边,至少三组GRG模块另一边一体化安装有下翻边;上翻边靠近GRG模块的一侧均设置有第一帮板,下翻边远离GRG模块的一侧均设置有第二帮板;该方法包括步骤一到步骤五,每个模块分隔开来,避免了模块之间的相互磕碰,而且彼此之间叠瓦式设置。本发明利用BIM技术对曲面石膏板拆解结构均匀分段,各GRG模块快速落位并紧密连接,多施工段同步加工,实现装配施工作业期的缩短。
