The tool facilitates climbing operation of constructors, can improve construction safety of high-place operation, gives consideration to convenience of the constructors to get on and off a platform, is suitable for common lifting operation environments and construction operation on the outer side wall of a large pressure container, and especially suitable for occasions where protrusions are arranged below an operation interface and conventional tools cannot be close to the operation interface. And the method is more competent.
