Fabricated laminated slab construction method
The invention discloses an assembly type laminated slab construction method which comprises the construction process that after a laminated slab corresponds to the upper portion of an aluminum mold, the laminated slab can achieve adjustment alignment and strong-impact-free butt joint installation. The construction process comprises the three steps of aluminum formwork erecting, composite slab hoisting preparation and composite slab hoisting which are conducted in sequence. When the telescopic piece A drives the universal rolling ball to descend to be separated from the bottom surface of the laminated slab, the elastic base plate and the laminated slab are supported at the moment, and the universal rolling ball is lower than the aluminum mold; and then the telescopic piece B is controlled to drive the elastic base plate to slowly descend to be lower than the top surface of the aluminum mold, so that the laminated plate and the aluminum mold are in butt joint installation without strong impact under the support of the elastic base plate, and the problem that the laminated plate and the aluminum mold are in butt joint installation under strong impact when the laminated plate is instantly descended under the condition that a certain height distance exists between the laminated plate and the aluminum mold is solved.
本发明公开了一种装配式叠合板施工方法,包括:叠合板在铝模上方对应后,叠合板能实现调节对位及无强冲击对接安装的施工过程。所述施工过程,包括依次进行的铝模搭设、叠合板吊装准备及叠合板吊装三个步骤。在伸缩件A带着万向滚球下降与叠合板底面脱离时,此时的弹性垫板与叠合板支撑,万向滚球低于铝模;再通过控制伸缩件B带着弹性垫板缓慢下降至低于铝模顶面,使叠合板在弹性垫板的支撑下与铝模无强冲击对接安装,解决了叠合板在与铝模有一定高度距离情况瞬间下放时,而会出现与铝模强冲击对接安装的问题。
