The invention relates to a method for regulating and controlling the rheological property of 3D printing concrete, which comprises the following steps: pumping a concrete material containing a water reducing agent into a secondary stirring container in front of a 3D printing head, introducing CO2 gas into the secondary stirring container, and meanwhile, carrying out secondary stirring on the concrete material, so that the CO2 gas and the concrete material containing the water reducing agent are subjected to physical and chemical effects; and during secondary stirring, the concrete material subjected to secondary stirring is conveyed to a 3D printing head for printing. After secondary stirring in a CO2 gas environment, the concrete material containing the water reducing agent is accelerated in hardening speed and reduced in fluidity, so that the constructability of the concrete material can be effectively improved, and the mechanical property of the concrete material added with the water reducing agent is also improved. In addition, the fluidity and the hardening speed of the concrete can be regulated and controlled by controlling the doping amount of the water reducing agent. Compared with the prior art, the technical problem that the pumpability and constructability rheology of the 3D printing concrete are difficult to be compatible can be solved.
本发明涉及一种调控3D打印混凝土流变性能的方法,将含有减水剂的混凝土材料泵送到3D打印头前的二次搅拌容器中,将CO2气体通入二次搅拌容器中,同时对混凝土材料进行二次搅拌,使得CO2气体与含有减水剂的混凝土材料发生物理化学作用,二次搅拌的同时,将二次搅拌后的混凝土材料输送至3D打印头进行打印。在CO2气体环境下进行二次搅拌后,含有减水剂的混凝土材料硬化速度加快、流动性降低,从而可以有效地提升混凝土材料的可建造性,加入减水剂的混凝土材料力学性能也得到提高。并且,可以通过控制减水剂的掺入量来调控混凝土的流动度和硬化速度。与现有技术相比,本发明可解决3D打印混凝土可泵送性与可建造性的流变难相容的技术问题。
