The hydrophobic adsorption type admixture, the silane coupling agent and the flocculating agent are doped into the curing agent raw materials at the same time and have a synergistic enhancement effect, so that the cohesiveness and the pumpability of curing agent slurry can be remarkably improved, the adaptability of the curing agent slurry and dredged soil in a pneumatic mixed flow process can be enhanced, the sensitivity to the water content of the dredged soil is reduced, and the curing agent has the advantages of being simple in preparation process and low in cost. The solidified soil is relatively stable in later-stage reinforcement, the solidifying agent is used in dredged soil pneumatic mixed-flow solidification production, the pumping constructability, the dispersion resistance in water and the hardening performance of the solidified soil can be remarkably improved, and the solidifying agent is suitable for filling projects such as sea reclamation and backfilling.
