The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile foundation construction method based on the collapsible loess environment. The cast-in-place pile foundation construction method specifically comprises the following steps that a pile casing hole is dug in the pile position of a cast-in-place pile foundation, and a pile casing is buried in the pile casing hole; drilling multiple times along the pile position mark position through a decompression drill bit of the drilling machine to form a pile hole; tamping the bottom of the pile hole and cleaning scum; at least three concrete cushion blocks which are annularly arranged at equal intervals are arranged on the outer wall of the same section of each section of reinforcement cage, and then the reinforcement cages are lowered into the pile hole till lowering of all the reinforcement cages is completed; the uppermost reinforcement cage is fixed to the hole opening position of the pile hole; the guide pipe is put down and installed in the pile hole, and a pouring gap is reserved between the bottom of the guide pipe and the bottom of the pile hole; and concrete pouring is completed through the guide pipe. The construction method relates to the technical field of cast-in-place pile foundation construction, through the steps, the construction safety can be improved, and the situation that in the construction process, due to lowering of the reinforcement cage, the hole wall of a pile hole collapses is prevented.
本发明公开了一种基于湿陷性黄土环境下灌注桩基础施工方法,具体包括如下步骤:在灌注桩桩基的桩位上挖设护筒孔并将护筒埋设在护筒孔内;通过钻机的减压钻头沿桩位标记位置进行多次钻孔作业,形成桩孔;对桩孔孔底进行夯实以及浮渣清理;在每节钢筋笼同一截面的外壁上均设置至少三个呈环状等距设置的混凝土垫块,再将钢筋笼下放至桩孔内,直至完成所有钢筋笼的下放;将最上方钢筋笼与桩孔的孔口位置进行固定;将导管下放安装在桩孔内,使导管底部与桩孔孔底之间预留有浇筑间隙;通过导管完成混凝土的浇筑。本发明涉及灌注桩基础施工技术领域,通过上述步骤,能够提高施工安全性,防止施工过程中因钢筋笼下放而导致桩孔孔壁坍塌的情况发生。
