Threads are formed on the outer surface of the threaded section. The anchor cable rod is sleeved with the assembling body, the threaded section is sleeved with the assembling nut, and the assembling nut rotates, so that assembling treatment of the assembling body is completed, after the assembling body is connected to the anchor cable rod, the slurry coating cavity naturally aligns to the anchoring hole, the slurry coating position can be conveniently positioned, in the slurry coating process, the cavity wall of the slurry coating cavity can shield water flow, and the slurry coating effect is improved. According to the mortar coating device, the influence of water flow on the mortar coating work is reduced, mortar extruded out of the mortar storage component can uniformly cover the mortar coating cavity by adjusting the adapter ring to rotate along the annular hole at a constant speed, so that the mortar coating is uniform, and the mortar coating efficiency is improved.
本发明提出了一种用于岩体加固预应力锚索及其施工方法,锚索包括锚索杆、装配体、转接圈、储浆部件、出浆部件和装配螺母,装配体包括内装配柱体、外装配环体和连架,锚索杆插接在水下岩体上开设的锚固孔内部,锚索杆包括螺纹段,螺纹段的外表面形成有螺纹。通过将装配体套接在锚索杆上,并将装配螺母套接在螺纹段处并转动,从而完成对装配体的装配处理,由于在将装配体连接在锚索杆上后,涂浆腔自然对位锚固孔,便于对涂浆位置进行定位处理,涂浆过程中,涂浆腔的腔壁可以遮挡水流,减少了水流对涂浆工作的影响,通过调节转接圈匀速沿环形孔转动,使从储浆部件内挤出的砂浆可以均匀的覆盖涂浆腔,从而使涂浆均匀,进而加快了涂浆效率。
