The invention discloses a bridge foundation pile construction method which comprises the following steps: excavating and arranging a construction site according to a design drawing and a site geological exploration condition; a foundation pile range is planned according to the construction site range, the pile center is marked, and then a rotary drilling rig is used for drilling; after the foundation pile hole is drilled, the hole depth, the hole diameter and the hole position are measured, the pile bottom rock stratum elevation and the rock stratum property are checked, and an annular expanding reinforcement cage horizontally surrounding the periphery of the bottom end of the foundation pile hole is placed in the hole expanding cavity; a pile casing is arranged in the foundation pile hole, and the lower end of the pile casing is located in the center of the expanded reinforcement cage; and an air guide part is lowered in the pile casing for reverse circulation to clean the hole, the hole expanding cavity is filled with a pouring anti-permeation layer, then C35 is adopted for underwater concrete pouring in the pile casing, and when the top surface design elevation of the poured concrete is higher than 0.5 m or above, pouring is stopped to form a final pile foundation. The stability of the hole wall can be improved, and the problem that the surrounding soil body extrudes and destroys the pile hole is solved.
本发明公开了一种桥梁基桩施工方法,包括如下步骤:根据设计图纸及现场地勘情况,对施工场地进行开挖整理;根据施工场地范围内规划出出基桩范围并标注出桩中心,然后使用旋挖钻机进行钻孔;钻出基桩孔后测量孔深、孔径、孔位以及检查桩底岩层高程和岩层性质,在扩孔腔内放置水平环绕在基桩孔底端外围的环形扩大钢筋笼;将护筒置于所述基桩孔中且使护筒的下端位于扩大钢筋笼中心;在护筒内下放导风进行反循环进行清孔,先向扩孔腔内填充浇注防渗透层,再向护筒内采用C35进行水下混凝土灌注,当灌注混凝土的顶面设计标高高出0.5m以上后,停止灌注以形成最终桩基。本发明能够提升了孔壁的稳定性,避免周围土体产生挤压破坏桩孔的问题。
