The reinforced concrete structure comprises a reinforced concrete column, wherein the reinforced concrete column comprises a lower column body and an upper column body; a pair of superposed beams are symmetrically arranged around the center of the central axis of the reinforced concrete column, and each superposed beam comprises a precast beam and a superposed layer post-poured on the precast beam; one end, close to the reinforced concrete column, of the precast beam is sunken inwards to form a key groove, and the section of the key groove is U-shaped; steel strands are arranged in the precast beam, and each steel strand extends out of the corresponding key groove from the inner bottom of the precast beam; the beam-column joint is used for connecting the lower column body, the upper column body and the superposed beam through modified concrete poured on the end face of the top end of the lower column body and in the key groove; one end of the friction damper is fixed on the bottom surface of the precast beam, and the other end of the friction damper is fixed on the side surface of the lower column body.
