The channel steel is mounted at the top end of the supporting frame; the cross beams are erected on the channel steel in a rectangular array; the fixer is arranged on the cross beam and is used for vertically hoisting the foot bolt below the fixer; wherein the supporting frame comprises a base and supporting rods, the base is fixed to the horizontal layer through U-shaped buckles, the supporting rods are welded to the four corners of the base, and the base and the supporting rods are welded and reinforced through inclined struts. And the foot bolts are assembled through the fixers on the cross beams. And then a pouring formwork is erected, and a concrete base is poured. In the working procedures, except for welding a frame which is easy to subsequently adjust, other welding work for foot bolts does not need to be carried out. The hidden error danger caused by welding deformation is eliminated, fixation is firm, adjustment is convenient in the assembling process, and the construction efficiency and quality are effectively improved.
