The invention relates to the technical field of pressure-bearing buildings, in particular to an embedded pressurizing building construction method and an embedded pressurizing building. The method comprises the following steps that a decorative layer, a non-bearing wall body and inner doors and windows in an original building are dismantled; an embedded frame and an external equipment room are arranged in an original building; a pressure bearing structure is laid on the embedded frame; a sealing measure is arranged between the pressure-bearing structure and the embedded frame to form a sealed space; pressurizing the sealed space through the external equipment room, and performing first air tightness inspection on the sealed space; after the first air tightness inspection is qualified, restoring the decorative layer of the original building in the sealed space; the sealed space is pressurized through the external equipment room, and secondary air tightness inspection is conducted on the sealed space; and after the air tightness inspection is qualified for the second time, the built-in pressurizing building construction is completed. The lightweight structural design is adopted, and the problem of overload caused by the fact that an existing steel structure building serves as an embedded building is solved.
