The invention relates to the technical field of heat-resistant materials, in particular to a preparation method of a basalt fiber SiO2 aerogel composite heat-insulating material. The preparation method of the basalt fiber SiO2 aerogel composite thermal insulation material comprises the following steps: S1, preparing chopped basalt fibers into a basalt fiber skeleton preform with a certain mechanical property; s2, preparing SiO2 sol; and S3, putting the fiber skeleton into the prepared SiO2 sol, aging, modifying, and drying in stages to obtain the basalt fiber SiO2 aerogel composite material. The material prepared by the method takes the basalt fibers as a reinforced matrix, the cost of the composite material can be reduced, mass production, popularization and application are facilitated, the basalt fiber porous material is prepared by adopting a method of combining gel casting with freeze drying, and the basalt short fibers are bonded by using a silica sol-agarose composite adhesive system, so that the composite material is prepared. The mechanical property of the composite material is improved.
本发明涉及耐热材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种玄武岩纤维SiO2气凝胶复合隔热材料的制备方法。本发明提供了这样一种玄武岩纤维SiO2气凝胶复合隔热材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1:将短切玄武岩纤维制成具有一定力学性能的玄武岩纤维骨架预制体;S2:制备SiO2溶胶;S3:将纤维骨架放到配制好的SiO2溶胶中,老化,改性,分级干燥,制得玄武岩纤维SiO2气凝胶复合材料。本方法所制备的材料以玄武岩纤维为增强基体,可以降低复合材料的成本,利于量产推广应用,并且采用凝胶注模结合冷冻干燥的方法来制备玄武岩纤维多孔材料,使用硅溶胶‑琼脂糖复合粘胶剂体系来粘接玄武岩短纤维,提升了复合材料的力学性能。
