The invention provides an auxiliary impressing concrete construction device and a concrete impressing construction method, and the construction device comprises a storage bin with a feeding hole in the upper part and a blanking hole in the lower part; the brush cylinder is rotationally installed in the storage bin and corresponds to the discharging opening, and bristles are distributed on the outer wall of the brush cylinder in an array mode; the impressing wheel is rotationally mounted below the storage bin; the coining mold is detachably mounted and wraps the peripheral wall of the cambered surface of the coining wheel; the excitation mechanism is arranged in the impressing wheel and is used for applying vertically downward excitation force to the impressing wheel; one end of the delivery pipe is communicated with the blanking opening in the storage bin, and the other end of the delivery pipe extends in the direction deviating from the storage bin; and the transmission mechanism is used for driving the brush cylinder to rotate when the embossing wheel rotates.
