The end plate comprises an end plate body and a plurality of through holes vertically formed in the end plate body, the end plate body comprises a first end face and a second end face, and the first end face abuts against a pile head of the prestressed concrete precast pile; the through hole comprises a large hole and a small hole which are communicated with each other, and the small hole is formed in the first end face and used for anchoring a pier head of a prestressed main reinforcement; the large hole is formed in the second end face, and internal threads are annularly arranged on the inner wall of the large hole and used for being connected with a tensioning bolt. A common end plate is optimized, the thickness of the common end plate is increased, the circular or square annular end plate is formed, the tensioning holes and the anchoring holes share one vertical through hole, the problems of anchoring of prestressed main ribs and connection of tensioning bolts are solved, the number of the through holes is reduced, the influence of large and small gourd-shaped holes on the strength of the end plate is avoided, and the service life of the end plate is prolonged. The stability and reliability of the whole structure are improved, and the production process is optimized.
本发明公开了一种适用于预应力混凝土预制桩的端板,包括:端板本体以及若干竖向开设于所述端板本体的通孔,所述端板本体包括第一端面和第二端面,所述第一端面与预应力混凝土预制桩的桩头抵接;所述通孔包括相互连通的大孔和小孔,所述小孔开设于所述第一端面,用于锚固预应力主筋的墩头;所述大孔开设于所述第二端面,所述大孔的内壁环设有内螺纹,用于连接张拉螺栓。本发明在普通端板的基础上进行优化,增加其厚度,形成一种圆形或方形的环状端板,且张拉孔与锚固孔共用一竖向通孔,不仅解决了预应力主筋的锚固和张拉螺栓的连接问题,还减少了通孔的数量,避免大小葫芦孔对端板强度的影响,提高了整体结构的稳定性和可靠性,优化了生产工艺。
