The invention provides a quick-splicing type steel structure module building roof mounting structure and a mounting method. The quick-splicing type steel structure module building roof mounting structure comprises a main body structure, roof purlins, roof panels and connecting and sealing assemblies, wherein the main body structure comprises longitudinal top edge beams and transverse top edge beams; the roof purlines are detachably arranged on the upper portions of the transverse top edge beams. The roof panel is detachably arranged on the roof purline; the connecting and closing assembly is detachably arranged on the periphery of the main body structure and the roof panel and comprises a transverse connecting assembly, a high-end connecting assembly and a low-end connecting piece. By arranging the connection sealing assembly, the waterproof problem of the steel structure module building roof installation structure is effectively solved, connection joints are reliable, and the waterproof performance is excellent; the connection between the roof structure and the main body structure is firmer; all the components are prefabricated in a factory and are assembled on site through bolts, so that the components are more convenient to transport and can be quickly mounted and dismounted for multiple times, and the use flexibility of the steel structure module building is improved.
