The device comprises two pump cylinders which are symmetrically distributed, one ends of the two pump cylinders are fixedly installed in pumping hoppers, bent guide pipes are rotatably installed at the ends, away from the pump cylinders, of the pumping hoppers, the bent guide pipes can be in butt joint with the two pumping hoppers correspondingly, and grating plates are installed at the upper ends of the pumping hoppers; according to the concrete pumping hopper, by installing the buffer assembly, the grating plate can be turned over to vibrate off concrete, the concrete attached to the grating plate can be rapidly cleaned, cleaning water can be reduced, water resources are saved, the grating plate is rotationally opened, and a pump cylinder and a bent guide pipe in the pumping hopper can be conveniently cleaned by personnel.
