The invention discloses a device for detecting the performance of an elastic cushion layer of a ballastless track on a long-span cable-stayed bridge, and the device comprises a rail travelling crane with a vehicle-mounted power supply, the front end of the rail travelling crane is connected with a turnover mechanism through a lifting frame, and one end, away from the lifting frame, of the turnover mechanism is provided with a rotary excitation mechanism. An anti-shake support is installed at the front end of the rail travelling crane, an image collector and a laser vibration measuring instrument are installed on the anti-shake support, and a paint marking unit is installed on the rail travelling crane. According to the method, the purposes of identifying, detecting and marking the failure elastic cushion layer in the ballastless track can be achieved, then deformation coordination between ballastless track structures is guaranteed, and driving safety, stability and comfort are guaranteed.
