Refractory spray coating material composition for recycling acid-neutral waste refractory material
The present invention relates to a refractory spray coating material composition for recycling an acid-neutral waste refractory material, the refractory spray coating material composition being characterized by comprising: 10-80 wt% of an acid-neutral waste refractory material fine aggregate; 5 to 55 wt% of a binder; 5-35 wt% of an endothermic material; 0.3 to 1.7 wt% of an organic fiber; 0.5 to 3.5 wt% of an accelerator; 0.1 to 0.7 wt% of a thickening agent; 0.1 to 0.9 wt% of a fluidizing agent; and an air entraining agent (A.E., air entraining agent) in an amount of 0.05 to 0.15 wt% of the total weight of the composition. Therefore, after being used as blast furnace refractory bricks in an iron and steel plant, most of the acid-neutral waste refractory bricks which are landfilled and discarded in public waters can be recycled and used as a main constituent substance of the refractory spraying and covering material; thus, waste refractory materials are greatly reduced, contributions are made to resource conservation and earth environmental protection, and collapse of the structure can be prevented by preventing concrete burst when a fire occurs in a building and civil engineering site. According to the present invention, the steel frame structure can be prevented from collapsing due to high temperature when a fire occurs, the excellent heat insulation property under the high temperature condition can be ensured due to the small internal pores, and the excellent structural strength can be exhibited when the steel frame structure is suitable for the damaged part of the original concrete structure so as to provide the repairing and reinforcing effect.
本发明涉及一种对酸中性废旧耐火材料进行回收利用的耐火喷涂覆盖材料组合物,本发明的特征在于,包含:10~80重量%的酸中性废旧耐火材料细骨料;5~55重量%的结合剂;5~35重量%的吸热材料;0.3~1.7重量%的有机纤维;0.5~3.5重量%的速凝剂;0.1~0.7重量%的增稠剂;0.1~0.9重量%的流化剂;以及,0.05~0.15重量%的引气剂(A.E.,Air Entraining agent)。借此,可以通过对在钢铁厂中作为高炉耐火砖使用之后大部分填埋废弃到公共水域的酸中性废旧耐火砖进行回收利用而将其作为耐火喷涂覆盖材料的主要构成物质,从而大幅减少所废弃的废旧耐火材料并借此为资源节约以及地球环境保护做出贡献,而且可以在建筑以及土木工程现场发生火灾时通过防止混凝土爆裂而预防结构体发生坍塌,还可以在钢架结构体发生火灾时防止其因为高温而发生倒塌,进而因为其内部的孔隙较小而可以确保高温条件下的优秀的隔热性,而且在适用于原有混凝土结构体的受损部位时也可以呈现出优秀的结构强度并借此发挥修复补强效果。
