The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a heat-conducting reinforced phase change energy storage microcapsule with uniform and controllable particle size; step 2, preparing a heat-conducting reinforced phase change energy storage microcapsule with controllable wall thickness; and step 3, preparing the phase change energy storage cement-based composite material test piece. Phase change energy storage microcapsules with uniform and controllable particle sizes and enhanced heat conduction are prepared through a micro-fluidic chip, then the wall thickness of the microcapsules is controlled through a layer-by-layer self-assembly method, finally, the wall-thickness-controllable heat conduction enhanced phase change energy storage microcapsules are added into cement paste, the microcapsules are dispersed in the cement paste, and the phase change energy storage microcapsules are prepared. Therefore, the phase-change energy-storage cement-based composite material with good thermal regulation capability is prepared.
