The invention provides a heat-insulating material, a heat-insulating core material, a heat-insulating plate material and a temperature adjusting device. The invention belongs to the technical field of functional materials, and discloses a heat insulation material which is formed by stacking fine fibers and crude fibers. The diameter of the fine fibers is 1-25 microns; the diameter of the crude fibers is larger than or equal to 10 micrometers. Crude fibers and fine fibers with different diameters are stacked, the diameter of the crude fibers is large, the rigidity is large, small deformation can be kept when the crude fibers are subjected to external force, collapse of the material structure is avoided, and therefore large porosity is kept; the coarse fibers can effectively reduce the solid-phase heat conduction performance of the material, the fine fibers can effectively reduce the solid-phase heat conduction performance of the material, through mutual cooperation of the coarse fibers and the fine fibers, the prepared heat insulation material has high rigidity, can keep high porosity and meanwhile has a low heat conduction coefficient, and the heat preservation effect of the heat insulation material is further improved. The invention further provides a heat insulation core material, a heat insulation plate and a temperature adjusting device which comprise the heat insulation material.
