The water level monitoring subsystem comprises a surface water level correlation monitoring module, a bearing point water level monitoring module and a phreatic water level monitoring module; a basis is provided for construction adjustment by monitoring the surface water level, the phreatic water level and the underground water level; the water blocking subsystem comprises a waterproof curtain, and water can be prevented from leaking into the foundation pit by performing isolation and water prevention on parts such as a side slope and a pit bottom through the waterproof curtain; the drainage subsystem comprises a dewatering well arranged in the foundation pit and a drainage ditch arranged outside the foundation pit, the dewatering well is connected with the drainage ditch through a pump, a water level sensor is arranged in the dewatering well, and through the dewatering well, the pump and the drainage ditch, the water level of the bottom of the foundation pit can be controlled through the dewatering well, the water pressure is guaranteed, and water burst and slurry overflow are avoided.
