The intercepting well comprises a well body, a water inlet pipe, a water drainage pipe, a pollution discharge device, a filtering device and a backwashing device, the filter device comprises a mounting cover, a first filter plate, a mounting frame, a lifting cylinder and a backwashing device, and the backwashing device is suspended above the first filter plate. According to the intercepting well using the flexible intercepting device, when the part, for filtering water flow, of the first filter plate is blocked, the first filter plate is lifted by the lifting cylinder at the moment, so that the upper filtering part moves upwards to be staggered from the water flow, and the lower part of the first filter plate filters impurities in the entering water flow at the moment; meanwhile, in the upward moving process of the first filter plate, the backwashing device sprays water flow to the first filter plate to wash off impurities attached to the first filter plate, and the lifting cylinder lifts the first filter plate, so that the position of the first filter plate can be adjusted, and the upper filtering part of the first filter plate is comprehensively washed.
