The invention discloses a steel pipe scaffold multi-angle connecting device, and relates to the field of scaffold engineering. Comprising a cross-shaped connecting piece; the device further comprises an inclined connecting plate. A first through hole for a horizontal rod of the scaffold to penetrate through is formed in the inclined connecting plate, and a convex tooth part is arranged on one surface of the inclined connecting plate; a rectangular hole is also formed in the inclined connecting plate; the two ends of the scaffold inclined supporting rod are connected with socket and spigot plates. A second through hole is formed in the socket plate; an insertion rod is further included. Firstly, the cross-shaped connecting piece is in threaded connection with the scaffold vertical rod, and the convex tooth part of the inclined connecting plate is clamped in the tooth-shaped groove of the cross-shaped connecting piece; an inserting rod penetrates through the second through hole and the rectangular hole to connect the inclined connecting plate and the socket plate, so that the connection between the scaffold inclined supporting rod and the inclined connecting plate is realized, and the connection between the scaffold inclined supporting rod and the scaffold vertical rod is realized; the scaffold horizontal rod is inserted into the horizontal hole of the cross-shaped connecting piece so as to be connected with the scaffold vertical rod, operation is easy, and efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种钢管脚手架多角度连接装置,涉及脚手架工程领域;包括十字形连接件;还包括斜向连接板;斜向连接板开有供脚手架水平杆穿过的第一通孔,斜向连接板一面设有凸齿部;斜向连接板还开有矩形孔;脚手架斜撑杆的两端均连接有承插板;承插板开有第二通孔;还包括插杆。本发明先将十字形连接件螺纹连接在脚手架立杆上,斜向连接板的凸齿部卡接在十字形连接件的齿状槽中;用插杆穿过第二通孔、矩形孔来连接斜向连接板与承插板,以此实现脚手架斜撑杆与斜向连接板的连接,从而实现脚手架斜撑杆与脚手架立杆的连接;脚手架水平杆插接在十字形连接件的水平孔中,以此来连接脚手架立杆,操作简单、效率高。
