The invention relates to a channel steel joist reinforced masonry structure lintel and a construction method thereof. The channel steel joist reinforced masonry structure lintel comprises a channel steel joist and fastening bolts. The channel steel joists are arranged on the lower portion of a masonry structure lintel crack and symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the lower portion of an original structure lintel. The channel steel joist is fastened and connected with the channel steel joist on the other side of the lintel through a fastening bolt and a nut, and a groove of the channel steel joist is filled and leveled up with plastering mortar; and after the channel steel joists, the fastening bolts and the like are all installed, cement polymerization grouting liquid is poured into the cracks. The channel steel joists are adopted to reinforce lintel cracks of the masonry structure, tensile stress generated by pressure grouting reinforcement can be borne, the ductility of the structure is improved, and the anti-collapse capacity of the structure is enhanced.
本发明涉及一种槽钢托梁加固砌体结构过梁及其施工方法,包括槽钢托梁、紧固螺栓;所述的槽钢托梁设置在砌体结构过梁裂缝的下部,所述的槽钢托梁在原结构过梁下部两侧对称设置;所述的槽钢托梁通过紧固螺栓、螺母与过梁另一侧的槽钢托梁进行紧固连接,并在槽钢托梁的凹槽内用抹灰砂浆填平;所述的槽钢托梁、紧固螺栓等全部安装完毕后,在裂缝处灌注水泥聚合灌浆液。采用槽钢托梁加固砌体结构过梁裂缝,可以承担压力灌浆补强所产生的拉应力,提高结构的延性,增强结构的抗倒塌能力。
