The shower room with the heat recovery function comprises a shower room body, a cold water pipe, a spraying device and a water source heat pump, a preheating box is installed on the inner side wall of the shower room body, a heat exchange pipe is arranged in the preheating box, the water inlet end of the heat exchange pipe is communicated with the cold water pipe, and the water outlet end of the heat exchange pipe is communicated with the water source heat pump. The water outlet end of the heat exchange pipe is communicated with the water inlet end of the water source heat pump, and the water outlet end of the water source heat pump is communicated with the hot water end of the spraying device; and a waste discharge pipe is mounted on the inner bottom wall of the shower room body. Through cooperative use of the waste discharge pipe, the first recovery pipe, the second recovery pipe, the heat preservation box, the preheating box and the heat exchange pipe, waste hot water generated during bathing can be collected, cold water in the heat exchange pipe is heated, the cold water is heated through heat energy of the waste hot water, and therefore the temperature of the cold water entering the water source heat pump is increased, and the energy consumption of the water source heat pump is reduced. The energy consumption of the water source heat pump is reduced.
