A heat dissipation and noise reduction window relates to the technical field of heat dissipation devices and comprises a window frame and a plurality of S-shaped noise reduction blades which are fixed in the window frame and distributed at intervals from top to bottom, each noise reduction blade is composed of a porous sound absorption plate, sound absorption cotton and a sound blocking plate, and the sound blocking plates and the porous sound absorption plates define an S-shaped cavity. A soundproof felt is attached to the lower plate surface of the soundproof plate; the middle part of the porous sound-absorbing plate is downwards inclined from right to left, the right part of the porous sound-absorbing plate is connected with the right end of the sound-blocking plate after being bent upwards, the middle part of the sound-blocking plate is downwards inclined from right to left, and the left part of the sound-blocking plate is connected with the left end of the porous sound-absorbing plate after being bent downwards; the sound absorption cotton is in an S shape, and an S-shaped cavity defined by the sound blocking plate and the porous sound absorption plate is filled with the sound absorption cotton. The heat dissipation and noise reduction window provided by the invention is particularly suitable for being mounted in a power chamber of an internal combustion locomotive.
