The invention discloses a high-wear-resistance easy-to-process ceramic chopper and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of ceramic choppers. The ceramic chopper comprises a chopper body, a welding nozzle and a wire passing through hole, wherein the wire passing through hole extends to an inner chamfer of the welding nozzle in the longitudinal axis direction of the chopper body; the chopper body is composed of a first sintering body and a second sintering body, and the first sintering body surrounds the second sintering body. The preparation method of the ceramic chopper comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a binder with first sintered body ceramic powder and second sintered body ceramic powder to obtain a first sintered body feed and a second sintered body feed; and then forming, sintering and grinding the first sintering body feed and the second sintering body feed to obtain the ceramic chopper. By the adoption of the method, the ceramic chopper with the first sintering body high in hardness and abrasion resistance and the second sintering body high in toughness and easy to machine can be obtained, the service life of the ceramic chopper is greatly prolonged, and the production cost is reduced.
