The invention discloses an assembly type trapezoidal sleeper mold for ballast bed pouring and a construction method using the same, the mold comprises a top mold, a bottom mold, a side mold and an end mold, the top mold, the bottom mold, the side mold and the end mold can be detachably combined, and after combination, a mold longitudinal beam of which the boundary dimension is basically consistent with that of a trapezoidal sleeper longitudinal beam can be obtained. Then the two mold longitudinal beams are fixedly connected into a trapezoidal sleeper mold with the boundary dimension basically consistent with that of the trapezoidal sleeper through the connecting steel pipes, then the mold track panel is assembled and placed above the ballast bed pouring position, namely, the preset placing position of the trapezoidal sleeper, and after ballast bed pouring is completed, the mold track panel can be taken down, and then the trapezoidal sleeper mold is formed. By means of the mold and the method, the phenomena of empty hoisting and hard-to-hard collision can be effectively avoided, use of isolation materials is omitted, the pasting and wrapping processes are reduced, and the cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种道床浇筑用装配式梯形轨枕模具及利用其的施工方法,该模具包括顶模、底模、侧模和端模,且能够可拆卸地组合,组合后即可得到外形尺寸与梯形轨枕纵梁基本一致的模具纵梁,再将两条模具纵梁通过连接钢管固结为外形尺寸与梯形轨枕基本一致的梯形轨枕模具,进而再组装成模具轨排,将其放置于道床浇筑位置的上方,即为梯形轨枕的预定安放位置,待道床浇筑完成后,即可取下所述模具轨排,从而方便地清理空吊和粘连等缺陷,该模具和方法可有效解决空吊和硬碰硬的现象,并省去隔离材料的使用、减少粘贴和包裹流程,节省成本。
