The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to an underground pipeline crossing foundation beam construction method which comprises the following steps that firstly, multiple earthwork trapezoid drawing grooves are excavated on the two sides of an underground pipeline; secondly, anti-shear grooves are downwards excavated in the multiple earthwork trapezoid drawing grooves, and steel bar binding is conducted in the anti-shear grooves; thirdly, the lifting machine lifts the vertical steel beam into the shear-resistant groove through a lifting device, and the vertical steel beam is supported through an anti-overturning piece; fourthly, the transverse steel beams continue to be lifted to the position between every two adjacent vertical steel beams to be fixed, and reinforcement cages are placed on the peripheries of the vertical steel beams; fifthly, a formwork is erected in the earthwork trapezoid drawing groove, and concrete pouring is conducted; and sixthly, the anti-overturning piece is dismantled, earthwork backfilling is conducted on the earthwork trapezoid drawing groove, compared with the prior art, disturbance to the soil body around the underground pipeline is reduced, and safe and normal operation of the underground pipeline in the foundation beam construction process can be guaranteed.
