The invention relates to a construction method of an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) magnetic shielding room for a medical imaging department, which comprises the following steps of: determining the position of a magnet bearing foundation on a base layer, paving a silicon steel plate at the position, constructing the magnet bearing foundation, backfilling the periphery of the magnet bearing foundation, and constructing a damp-proof layer on the whole surface after backfilling. Then silicon steel plates are laid on the periphery except the magnet bearing foundation, then construction of an insulating layer is conducted, galvanized steel plates are adopted to be assembled into a shielding chamber shell to be placed on the insulating layer, and the galvanized steel plates are attached through folded edges at the edges and fixedly connected through bolts; distances are reserved between the peripheral side walls and the top of the shielding chamber shell and the building main body; after construction of the shielding room shell is completed, a wood keel is installed on the wall face of the shell, a ceiling keel is installed on the top face of the shell, the space between the wood keel and the wall face of the shell is filled with a rock wool layer, and the outer side of the wood keel, the outer side of the ceiling keel and a bottom plate of the shielding room shell are respectively subjected to construction of a wall face decoration surface layer, a ceiling plate and a ground decoration surface layer.
本发明涉及一种医学影像科核磁共振MRI磁屏蔽室的施工方法,先在基层上确定磁体承重基础的位置,所在位置铺设硅钢板,然后进行磁体承重基础施工,接着对其周围回填,回填后的整个表面进行防潮层施工,然后在除磁体承重基础外的周围铺设硅钢板,接着进行绝缘层的施工,接下来采用镀锌钢板装配成屏蔽室壳体置于绝缘层之上,镀锌钢板之间通过边缘处的折边进行贴合并用螺栓固定连接,屏蔽室壳体的四周侧壁及顶部与建筑主体均留有距离;屏蔽室壳体施工完毕后,在壳体墙面上安装木龙骨,在壳体顶面上安装吊顶龙骨,木龙骨与壳体墙面之间填充岩棉层,木龙骨外侧、吊顶龙骨外侧、屏蔽室壳体底板上分别进行墙面装饰面层、吊顶板和地面装饰面层的施工。
