The invention discloses a novel method for compounding and preparing a thermal insulation material by using bark and a mineral polymer as raw materials. According to the invention, a foaming mineral polymer is used as a matrix, and alkali-treated pine bark powder is added to reinforce and toughen, so that the high-heat-preservation bark-mineral polymer composite foaming material is prepared; pine bark pyrolysis biomass charcoal is used for packaging and fixing a phase change material PEG1000, and a mineral polymer is used for secondary packaging, so that the mineral polymer packaged bark carbon shape-stabilized phase change material with a certain specification and size is prepared; by combining the two materials, the finally obtained composite thermal insulation wall material can further reduce the indoor temperature difference and reduce the energy consumption. The bark-mineral polymer composite wall material prepared by the invention has the advantages of low cost, high performance, greenness, low carbon, flame retardance, energy storage, cyclic utilization and the like, can be used as a building house thermal insulation wall material, and promotes green and sustainable development of the building material industry.
本发明公开了一种利用树皮和矿物聚合物为原料复合制备保温材料的新方法。本发明以发泡矿物聚合物为基体,通过添加碱处理松树树皮粉末增强增韧,制备高保温树皮‑矿物聚合物复合发泡材料;使用松树树皮热解生物质炭对相变材料PEG1000封装固定,以矿物聚合物二次封装,制备具有一定规格尺寸的矿物聚合物封装树皮炭定形相变材料;将上述两种材料结合,最终得到的复合保温墙体材料可以进一步降低了室内温差,减少能耗。本发明制备的树皮‑矿物聚合物复合墙体材料具有低成本、高性能、绿色低碳、阻燃储能、循环利用等优点,可作为建筑房屋保温墙体材料使用,推动实现建材行业绿色可持续发展。
