Wherein the impactor (10) further comprises: an adjustment member (50), which can be inserted into the receiving body (20) and is optionally associated with the retaining element (30); the adjusting member (50) is configured to be actuatable from inside the cavity (20 '') in a direction transverse to the insertion direction (Z), so that the retaining element (30) is activated in a movement direction (Y) transverse to the insertion direction (Z).
