Offenbart ist eine Gelenkanordnung für beispielsweise einen WC-Sitz, WC-Deckel oder Urinal-Deckel mit einem Sicherungselement zur Sicherung des Rotationsdämpfers vor Herausfallen aus einem Kloben in Axialrichtung, wobei das Sicherungselement durch Spreizung eines Verriegelungsabschnittes in Anlage mit einer im Rotationsdämpfer eingebrachten Nut bringbar ist und so ein Einrasten ermöglicht.
