Ein piezoelektrisches keramisches Sputtertarget umfassend ein Oxid vom Perowskit-Typ, dargestellt durch eine chemische Formel (I) von ABO3 als Hauptkomponente, wobei die Komponente A der chemischen Formel (I) mindestens K (Kalium) und/oder Na (Natrium) enthält, die Komponente B der chemischen Formel (I) mindestens Nb (Niob) enthält, das piezoelektrische keramische Sputtertarget aus mehreren Kristallkörnern besteht, und der mittlere Partikeldurchmesser der Kristallkörner größer als 3 μm und nicht größer als 30 μm ist.
