Verbundfußboden, umfassend eine Coextrusionsschicht, die unter Verwendung eines Coextrusionsverfahrens hergestellt wurde, wobei die Coextrusionsschicht eine erste Polyvinylchlorid-(PVC)-Ausgleichsschicht, eine Holz/Kunststoff-Verbund- (WPC-) Schaumstoffschicht, und eine zweite PVC-Ausgleichsschicht umfasst, die in dieser Reihenfolge von oben nach unten angeordnet sind, wobei die erste PVC-Ausgleichsschicht und zweite PVC-Ausgleichsschicht aus identischen Stoffen hergestellt wurden und die erste PVC-Ausgleichsschicht aus den folgenden Rohstoffen in Gewichtsteilen hergestellt wurde: PVC 20-30 Teile, Calciumcarbonat 65-75 Teile, Calcium-Zink-Stabilisator 1-3 Teile, chloriertes Polyethylen 1-3 Teile, Acrylester 0,5-1,5 Teile, PE-Wachs 0,1-0,5 Teile, Stearinsäure 0,1-0,5 Teile, und Ruß 0,1-0,5 Teile.
A composite floor comprises a coextrusion-molded layer (1) formed by means of a coextrusion process. The coextrusion molded layer (1) comprises the following layers sequentially arranged from top to bottom: a first PVC balance layer (11); a foamed wood-plastic layer (12); and a second PVC balance layer (13). In the manufacturing method of the composite floor, after a coextrusion process has been adopted to form a semi-finished coextrusion-molded layer, the semi-finished coextrusion molded layer is moved to a position between two pressure rollers (4) arranged opposite to each other and pressed to form a finished coextrusion molded layer. The present invention adopts a coextrusion process, such that respective layers are tightly bound, thereby providing a composite floor having a low expansion rate and long service life.
