Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hohlkörper (100) mit zumindest einem Hohlraum (1) zur Integration in ein Bauteil (10), vorzugsweise Gradienten-Bauteil, wobei der Hohlkörper (100) aus einem mineralischen Material ausgebildet ist. Der Hohlkörper (100) zeichnet sich insbesondere dadurch aus, dass er zumindest ein Fußelement (101) umfasst und das zumindest eine Fußelement (101) vom Hohlkörper (100) absteht und einen Abstandshalter bildet und vorzugsweise zum Aufstellen des Hohlkörpers (100) dient.
