Die Erfindung betrifft unter anderem eine Verschlussvorrichtung (10) für ein Kraftfahrzeug, umfassend einen Schließbügel (11), der in einer Sollposition (17) an einer Montageplatte (15) festgelegt ist, und der in einer Unfallsituation infolge einer Überschreitung einer Schwellkraft aus der Sollposition (17) in eine Abstandsposition (18) überführbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageplatte (15) wenigstens eine, von einem Axialabschnitt (24) des Schließbügels (11) durchgriffene Öffnung (19, 20) umfasst, wobei Werkstoffbereiche (26) der Montageplatte (15), die an einer Mündung (33) der Öffnung (19, 20) angeordnet sind, auf Stoß gegen die Außenumfangsfläche (25) des Axialabschnittes des in Sollposition (17) befindlichen Schließbügels (11) verformt sind.
