Verbindungsvorrichtung (1) bestehend aus einem Anschlußkopf (2) und einem Klemmittel (3), zur Verbindung von horizontal oder diagonal verlaufenden Gerüstelementen mit Lochscheiben (4) vertikaler Ständerelemente (5), wobei der Anschlußkopf (2) an einer Seite eine Anlagefläche (6) aufweist, mit der der Anschlußkopf (2) an einem Rohr (7) des Ständerelements (5) anlegbar ist, und auf derselben Seite ein mindestens der Dicke der Lochscheibe (4) entsprechender horizontaler Schlitz (8) vorhanden ist, der die Anlägefläche (6) in eine erste Teilfläche (9) und eine zweite Teilfläche (10) teilt, und auf der der Anlagefläche (6) gegenüberliegenden Seite Mittel (11) zum Anschweißen eines Gerüstrohres (12) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Gesamthöhe (13) des Anschlußkopfes (2) auf der Seite, mit der der Anschlußkopf (2) an dem Rohr (7) anliegt mindestens 68 mm beträgt und dass sich die Höhen der von Oberseite (20) und Unterseite (21) des Anschlußkopfes (2) begrenzten Seitenflächen von der Anlagefläche (6) zu dem Mittel (11) zum Anschweißen des Gerüstrohres (12) kontinuierlich verjüngen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Höhe der ersten Teilfläche (9) zu der Höhe der zweiten Teilfläche (10) 1:1,3–1:1,6 beträgt.
A connecting device has an attachment head and a clamping device for connecting horizontal or diagonal scaffolding elements to perforated disks of vertical post elements. The attachment head has a bearing surface on one side by which it is supported on the pipe of the post element. On the same side a horizontal slit is present, corresponding at least to the thickness of the perforated disks. The slit divides the bearing surface into two sub-surfaces. A feature is provided on the side opposite the bearing surface for welding on a pipe. The overall height of the attachment head on the side by which feature the attachment head is supported on the pipe is at least 68 millimeters. The top surface and the bottom surface of the attachment head taper continuously from the bearing surface to the feature for welding on the pipe.
