The barrier has a guide rail (100) that is displaced with respect to a support assembly around an axis (102) which is transversal to a main axis (202). The guide rail extends transversal to a traffic lane to prohibit the passage of a vehicle, in a rest position. An elastic unit is constituted by springs (222, 224) and places the guide rail in the rest position, on the support assembly, if the guide rail is ejected by a vehicle.
